DOORDASH PARTNER PROGRAM
Challenge
DoorDash, an aggregate meal-delivery service, was seeking to expand their partner program by drawing more local restaurants to their service. A portion of their target demographic was hesitant to embrace a new digital business model, DoorDash required a landing page to persuade the less tech-savvy to join their platform. Solution By keeping the focus on the "local" aspect of neighbourhood restaurants, potential partners could see how their model integrated with DoorDash's. The landing page clearly highlighted the key benefits to new partners, including the essential benefit of profit increase, as well as access to a rapidly-growing customer base, branding opportunities, and 24-hour customer support. A section of the landing page was dedicated to promoting DoorDash's expert care and customer service to alleviate concerns. Result Increased enrollment in DoorDash's partner program |
